Welcome to the brand new TechCast News, the first expansion of the TechCast Network, which now encompasses TechCast Reviews and TechCast News.

TechCast News will be different to the Review site in that it will feature content about the latest happenings in the technology industry….or at least the topics that I find the most interesting.  So it’s going to be alittle bit different to some of the other gadget blogs out there.

Some of the things that I’ll be covering will naturally include worldwide events but there will also be some UK-specific content in there as well as info on my new role as a Microsoft Student Partner, which will kick off in a few weeks time following the two-day launch event with all the trimmings….but more about that later.

Personally, I’m looking forward to working on this new site.  I’ve wanted to do this for over a year now, but just haven’t found the right time or concept behind it.

So here we go…
